1. Overview & Service Description

Vidyari is an educational digital marketplace platform that enables:

• Purchase and download of digital educational documents, study materials, and course content
• User creation of content to sell on the marketplace
• Community engagement through courses, chat, and collaboration features
• Payment processing for digital goods and services
• User account management and notification services

All content on the platform is digital and delivered electronically. We aim to provide a secure, reliable, and user-friendly marketplace for educational materials.

2. User Accounts & Registration

Account Creation

To use many features of Vidyari, you must create an account by providing:

• Valid email address
• Secure password
• Basic profile information
• Age verification (must be 18+ or have parental consent)

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and current information

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent behavior, without refund of any prepaid amounts.

3. Permitted Use & Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use Vidyari only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening language toward other users
• Posting content that is illegal, defamatory, or obscene
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection
• Reselling, redistributing, or unauthorized reproduction of purchased content
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to use your account
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain unfair advantage
• Posting spam, promotional content, or unsolicited advertisements
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent transaction or payment

4. Digital Products & Purchases

4.1 Product Delivery

All products are delivered electronically through your account. Upon successful payment confirmation and order completion, you will receive immediate access to download the purchased digital materials. Delivery failures due to user technical issues are not grounds for refund.

4.2 Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though existing orders will maintain their purchase price.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payment Gateway and other verified payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method. All payment information is encrypted and handled according to PCI-DSS standards.

4.4 Purchase Terms

All purchases are:

• Final and Non-Refundable once accessed or downloaded (except where required by law)
• Non-Transferable - purchased content is for personal use of the purchaser only
• Non-Exclusive - authors may sell the same content to multiple buyers
• Subject to availability at time of purchase

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the product is NOT downloaded and in case of technical failures only
• Duplicate charges will be investigated and refunded within 7-10 business days upon verification
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• For disputes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Platform Content

All content on Vidyari platform, including website design, layout, graphics, logo, trademarks, brand identity, software code, algorithms, and compilation of user-generated content, are the intellectual property of Vidyari and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

6.2 User-Generated Content

When you upload content to Vidyari:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant Vidyari a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform
• You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the content you upload and it does not violate third-party rights
• You are responsible for ensuring proper citations and permissions for any referenced materials

6.3 Purchased Content

When you purchase content from Vidyari:

• You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to view and use the content for educational purposes only
• You may NOT redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works
• You may NOT share access credentials or allow others to access your purchased content
• The seller retains all intellectual property rights to the original work

VIDYARI PROVIDES SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• No Accuracy Guarantee: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, pricing, or content is accurate, current, or error-free
• Content Quality: We do not warrant the quality, suitability, or fitness of any content for your specific purpose
• Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service access
• Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for content created by third-party sellers and do not endorse all materials
• No Legal Advice: Content on this platform is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, medical, or financial advice

11. Payment Gateway & Financial Compliance

Payments on Vidyari are processed through Cashfree and other authorized payment gateways. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Payment terms and conditions established by the payment processor
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding online transactions
• Not use fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial information
• Provide accurate billing and contact information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized charges

We maintain PCI-DSS compliance and do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

12. Dispute Resolution & Complaints

Vidyari reserves the right to:

Your continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for updates.

Vidyari reserves the right to remove any content that:

• Is flagged as spam or fraudulent

Users whose content is repeatedly removed may have their selling privileges revoked without refund of past sales.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vidyari regarding your use of the service. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations.
