Important Notice This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on the Vidyari platform. Since Vidyari primarily deals in digital products (e-books, documents, courses), there are specific conditions for refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Eligibility & Conditions
1.1 Eligible for Refund
Your purchase may be eligible for a refund if:
- Request is made within 7 days (168 hours) of purchase
- The digital product has NOT been downloaded to your device
- The product file is incomplete, corrupted, or damaged
- The product content does NOT match the description provided at time of purchase
- You had a technical failure accessing the purchased content
- You are the legitimate account owner and can provide proof
- The file does not open on standard devices/applications
- You had a duplicate charge error on your payment method
1.2 NOT Eligible for Refund
Your purchase will NOT be eligible for refund if:
- The file has been downloaded to your device (even if not fully viewed)
- The content has been printed or saved locally
- You have accessed the file in any way (downloads count as access)
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- You changed your mind about the purchase (buyer's remorse)
- The purchase was made under false pretenses or fraudulently
- You do not like the quality or educational value of the content
- The content was not suitable for your needs
- You shared or redistributed the content to others
- Technical issues are due to your device, internet, or software
- The refund request comes from a different account than the purchaser

How to Request a Refund
2.1 Request Steps
- Go to your Purchase History page
- Locate the purchase you want to refund
- Click "Request Refund" button
- OR email support@vidyari.com with:
- Subject: "Refund Request - [Order ID]"
- Order number and transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (brief explanation)
- Proof of purchase (screenshot of order confirmation)
- Proof that file was NOT downloaded (screenshot of account)
2.2 What to Include
- Screenshots of order confirmation email
- Your account email address
- Order ID (starts with #VID-)
- Clear explanation of the issue
- Proof of technical issues (screenshot of error messages)
Duplicate Charge Refunds
If you notice you were charged multiple times for the same purchase:
- Contact us immediately at support@vidyari.com
- Provide proof of duplicate charges (bank/payment statement screenshot)
- Include all transaction IDs involved
- We will investigate and issue refund within 5-7 business days upon confirmation
Duplicate charges are processed faster due to their clear technical nature.
Technical Issue Refunds
4.1 File Cannot Be Opened
If the digital file cannot be opened with standard applications, email support with the error message, screenshot, and device type.
4.2 File Is Corrupted
Try downloading again from your account. If still corrupted, contact support with filename and error. We will provide a replacement link or issue a refund.
4.3 Download Failure
Try different browsers or devices first. Download failures due to your internet, device, or browser settings are NOT grounds for refund.
Content Mismatch Refunds
If the delivered content does NOT match the product description, document the difference and contact support within 7 days. Minor formatting differences do not qualify.
Refund Method
6.1 How You'll Receive Refund
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days (banking processing)
- Digital Wallets (PayPal, GPay, PhonePe): 1-3 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
6.2 Refund Does Not Appear
If refund doesn't appear after the stated timeframe, check your bank account thoroughly and contact your bank before contacting us.
Partial & Store Credit Refunds
7.1 Store Credit Option
Instead of cashback, you may choose to receive Store Credit:
- Credit is 10% higher than refund amount (e.g., $100 refund = $110 credit)
- Can be used immediately on any purchase
- Valid for 1 year from issue date
Appeal Process
If your refund request is denied, you can appeal by emailing refunds@vidyari.com with subject "Refund Appeal" within 5 days. The decision on appeal is final.
Rights Protection & Fraud Prevention
We monitor for refund fraud including multiple requests, requesting refunds after sharing content, or systematic abuse. Accounts engaged in refund fraud will be permanently suspended.
Chargeback Policy
IMPORTANT: Please contact us FIRST before filing a chargeback. If you file a chargeback after rejecting our resolution, your account may be suspended and you may be charged a fee.

Vidyari reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. All changes take effect 7 days after posting.
