Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) establishes rules and guidelines for all users of the Vidyari platform. By creating an account and using Vidyari, you agree to comply with these rules. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
1. General Conduct Rules
Allowed - Responsible Platform Use
- Browse and purchase educational materials legally
- Create and share original educational content
- Engage respectfully in community discussions
- Learn and improve your skills and knowledge
- Provide constructive feedback and reviews
- Report violations and suspicious activity
- Use the platform for personal educational benefit
Prohibited - Harmful Behavior
- Abusive Conduct: Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or hate speech toward any user.
- Hate Speech: Language targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability.
- Sexual Harassment: Unwanted sexual comments, advances, or requests.
- Doxxing: Sharing personal information (address, phone, SSN) without consent.
- Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting identity.
- Threats: Making threats of violence, harm, or illegal action.
- Stalking: Repeated unsolicited contact or monitoring of another user.
- Defamation: Making false statements to damage someone's reputation.
2. Content & Intellectual Property
Prohibited Content Activities
- Copyright Infringement: Uploading copyrighted content without permission or license.
- Trademark Violations: Using others' trademarks without authorization.
- Plagiarism: Copying and submitting others' work as your own.
- Unauthorized Sharing: Sharing login credentials or purchased content with unauthorized users.
- Reselling Content: Commercially reselling or redistributing purchased materials.
- Content Scraping: Bulk downloading or copying entire course/material collections.
- Deep Linking: Linking directly to download files to bypass purchase.
- File Modification: Altering then selling others' content.
Proper Content Use
- Use purchased content for personal education only
- Cite sources when referencing content
- Create original modifications/derivatives for personal use
- Share knowledge gained from purchased materials (not the materials themselves)
- Create your own original content for sale
- Make backup copies for personal use
3. Prohibited Content Types
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Vidyari:
Illegal & Harmful Content
- Illegal Acts: Content facilitating illegal activities, including drugs, weapons, or explosives.
- Hacking: Instructions for unauthorized access, malware, or cyberattacks.
- Fraud: Scam tutorials, counterfeiting guides, or stolen goods documentation.
- Adult Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, or non-consensual intimate images.
- Child Safety: ANY content involving the sexualization or exploitation of minors (Criminal Offense).
- Self-Harm: Instructions for suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
- Violence: Content glorifying terrorism, biological weapons, or extreme violence.
- Misinformation: Medical fraud, anti-vaccine propaganda, or fake cures.
- Scams: Pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, phishing, or investment fraud.
- Discrimination: Supremacist ideology, historical denialism, or genocidal propaganda.
4. Account Security
Strictly Prohibited
- Sharing your password with anyone
- Using someone else's account without permission
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans
- Buying or selling accounts
- Age misrepresentation
Permitted
- One account per person (multiple for legitimate business use only)
- Sharing account with direct family members (at own risk)
- Authorized third-party integrations
5. Spam & Manipulation
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for manipulation of the platform ecosystem.
- Spam: Unsolicited emails, repetitive messages, or promotional spam.
- Manipulation: Fake reviews, paid ratings, or artificially boosting engagement.
- Bot Activity: Using automated scripts to interact with the platform.
- Link Farming: Posting excessive or malicious links.
6. System Security
Any attempt to compromise the technical integrity of Vidyari is a violation of this policy and potentially federal law.
- Hacking or unauthorized system access attempts
- Malware distribution or DDoS attacks
- SQL injection or database manipulation
- Brute force attacks or credential stuffing
- Reverse engineering source code
- API abuse or rate limit violations
7. Transactions & Payments
Financial Violations
- Using stolen payment methods or credit cards
- Chargeback fraud (friendly fraud)
- Money laundering
- Refund abuse or duplicate charge exploitation
- Purchasing from sanctioned regions
8. Content Standards
Instructor Prohibitions
- Misleading course descriptions or fraudulent pricing
- Failure to disclose sponsored content
- Obsolete information presented as current
- Low-quality materials with false claims
9. Reporting & Compliance
9.1 Reporting Responsibilities
Users must report suspicious activity immediately via the "Report" button or by emailing abuse@vidyari.com. Do not intervene personally.
9.2 False Reporting
Repeatedly filing false reports is considered harassment and may result in account termination.
9.3 Law Enforcement
Vidyari cooperates fully with law enforcement regarding criminal investigations, intellectual property claims, and child safety concerns.
10. Enforcement & Consequences
Enforcement Hierarchy
- Warning: Notice of violation.
- Removal: Deletion of violating content.
- Suspension: Temporary lock (24 hours to 30 days).
- Termination: Permanent lifetime ban.
- Legal Action: Referral to authorities.
10.1 Immediate Termination
Accounts will be terminated without warning for CSAM, terrorism, credible threats, hacking, or systematic fraud.
10.2 No Refunds
If an account is suspended or terminated for AUP violations, no refunds will be issued and all balances are forfeited.
10.3 Appeals
Appeals must be sent to appeals@vidyari.com within 7 days, including evidence. Decisions are final.
11. Monitoring
Vidyari utilizes automated systems, AI detection, and manual review to monitor for violations. All monitoring is conducted in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

Vidyari may update this AUP at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
